Signed by Chelsea from St. Etienne in 2014, Zouma spent a few seasons out on loan before establishing himself as the first-choice centre-back in Frank Lampard's squad this season.
5) Lewis Baker - Made his senior debut January 2014
Baker, a 24-year-old midfielder, joined Chelsea as a nine-year-old in 2005. He subsequently progressed through Chelsea's academy and reserve teams.
He made his debut for the club in January 2014 in a FA Cup game as he came on for Oscar in a 2-0 win in the third round. Today, he is out on loan Trabzonspor and only has that one appearance for Chelsea.
4) Izzy Brown - Joined July 2013
Chelsea signed Baker on a tribunal fee in 2013 from West Bromwich Albion. The attacking midfielder has spent the last 7 years out on loan and only has one senior appearance for the Chelsea team.
Currently, he is out on loan at Sheffield Wednesday.
4) Marco Van Ginkel - Joined July 2013
Ginkel joined Chelsea just a few days prior to Baker. The 28-year-old has made only 4 appearances for the Blues and has spent the majority of his time out on loan.
Now 28 years old, Ginkel plays for PSV where he just returned back to the field after 32 months out due to an injury.

2) Victor Moses - Joined August 2012
Believe it or not, Victor Moses is our second-most serving player despite having been sent on six loans to six different clubs throughout the years. Compared to Cesar Azpilicueta, the Nigerian winger has a longer apprenticeship at Chelsea as he arrived in London a day earlier.
The 30-year-old is currently on loan at Spartak Moscow in the Russian Premier League.
1) Jamal Blackman - Included in matchday squad in October 2011
Blackman joined Chelsea at U13 level and progressed through the club's youth system. He made his first appearance in a senior matchday squad on 29 October 2011, sitting on the bench for a Premier League match against Arsenal which Chelsea lost 3–5 at home.
Technically, he hasn't made a senior appearance for the team but his inclusion in the squad almost a decade ago gives him the top spot on this list. He is currently out on loan at Rotherham United in the Championship.
