Chelsea travel to Ireland for week-long training camp, provisional squad and date of next friendly revealed

The Chelsea squad have left their base at Cobham for a pre-season training camp just outside Dublin, Ireland.

The club's official website has not revealed the full traveling party and only mentions that it is a mix of first-team players and those who spent the last campaign out on loan.

Still, several players were pictured boarding the plane, including Edouard Mendy, Christian Pulisic and Tammy Abraham.

According to CarefreeYouth on Twitter, the Chelsea squad for the training camp is as follows:

Keepers: Kepa, Bergstrom, Cumming, Mendy.

Defenders: Sterling, Zappacosta, Chalobah, Clarke-Salter, Sarr, Miazga, Alonso, Rahman.

Midfielders: Baker, Barkley, Drinkwater, Gallagher, Loftus-Cheek.

Forwards: Pulisic, Hudson-Odoi, Musonda, Ziyech, Abraham, Broja, Ugbo.

The players will spend a week in Ireland and will play a friendly against a local side on Thursday, according to The Athletic's Simon Johnson. Like the game against Peterborough last weekend, it will take place behind closed doors.
