Christian Pulisic ended last season having won 2 different trophies in a span of 10 days, a brilliant end to a fairly average season for the winger.
Having followed up Chelsea's Champions League win with a decisive victory against Mexico in the CONCACAF Nations League final just 10 days after, Pulisic spoke to chelseafc.com about what it felt like.
The American said, "The whole thing was kind of unreal. I don’t know, winning it (Champions League) has never really fully hit me I don’t think. Maybe it will in more time. I think it will take me a couple of years for it to really sink in!
"The Champions League win was incredible and I really wanted to finish off the year strong. Then I went off with the national team and that was a really important win for us too, for the younger guys that we have.
"It was almost a full stadium so it was really cool, with a really intense atmosphere so I really enjoyed it and it was a strong way to end the season."
While his spot at Chelsea wasn't completely secure, his goal was decisive in the USA winning against Mexico and Pulisic will be looking to capitalize on that momentum to get back into Chelsea's starting XI.
