Chelsea had their most disappointing result in a while, dropping 2 points at home to Burnley in a typical smash-and-grab performance from the visitors.
It was made even more frustrating by the fact that the Blues had chance after chance to seal the 3 points but weren't clinical enough.
And now, Chelsea fan u/CasperJG on Reddit has explained that while frustrating, this draw isn't the end of the world.
The fan wrote: "Games like the one today are rare and unlikely, but they’re still probable.
"Before we freak out over losing points to Burnley we have to remember that the xG will not always reflect the result and that some days we will simply be unlucky.
"Based on our performance, I'd say we were brilliant. Genuinely one of the most creative performances in a long time and we beat that low block very well!
"But Burnley have a solid shot-stopper and a ruthless defence so its not odd that this is the beat we end up being unlucky against. Up the Chels!"
The Blues will now have some respite as another international break beckons but they should be back to winning ways after if they continue to create chances like this.
