Chelsea have been linked with Declan Rice since the beginning of the 2020 summer transfer window and those rumours have not died down yet.
A couple of less reliable reports have also linked the Blues with a move for Leeds United attacker Raphinha, who has impressed a lot in the Premier League over the past couple of seasons.
Rice is a defensive midfielder whereas Raphinha is an attacker, so both of them have their own merits.
