Chelsea are often praised for physicality in their football. It is made possible by the squad that has many physically imposing players.

But who is the tallest of them all? We've checked the data on the Athletic and it says that Edouard Mendy is the tallest player in the first team.

The goalie is 6' 6" (197 cm). He is followed by another shot-stopper, Marcus Bettinelli (6' 4'' or 193 cm).

The third-tallest player in the squad is Ruben Loftus-Cheek (6' 3'', 191 cm). Romelu Lukaku is slightly shorter than RLC (190 cm).

Note that U23s player Xavier Mbuyamba would have made the top three with his 6' 5'' (1.96 cm) height had he been a first-team player.
