According to Football London, Lukaku's dream return to Inter Milan will not happen unless the Nerazzurri can balance their books quickly. 

The Telegraph reports that Inter will have to pay Chelsea £20m to take Lukaku on loan - Inter's financial predicament continues to prove a major roadblock in their bid to re-sign Romelu. 

Midway through the season, Lukaku saw himself relegated to the bench after failing to fit into Thomas Tuchel's system. 

The Belgian would later anger Chelsea fans by openly speaking about his desire to return to Inter in the future. He apologized, but 

he's still trying to leave, as per reports

The striker is 'hoping to force' a move to his old club this summer with senior sources at both Inter and Chelsea confident that he wants to 'quit Chelsea'. 

It has been reported that a loan deal is a possibility. However, Chelsea would demand a 'significant' loan fee, thought to be close to £20M.

This would also include an option to buy that would cover the remainder of the fee that was paid to Inter Milan last summer.

As a reminder, Lukaku moved to Chelsea last summer from Inter in a fee worth around £95m. He started only 16 Premier League games, ending his season with 15 goals across all competitions in 43 appearances.

The reason is, we all know when one flirts with the notion of ever feeling uncomfortable in his or her relationship certain vibes become a reality.

Don't get too excited or disappointed, these sources are so unreliable that the likelihood of Lukaku even wanting to leave Chelsea is zero to nil in my opinion!

But let's be honest ? has he been given enough time to prove himself ? he plays 2 games then he doesn't play 5 then comes on for 10 minutes . it's difficult as a player to reach top form especially even after a serious injury as well.
