Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly has handed Thomas Tuchel a £200m war chest for this summer's transfer window, as per the Evening Standard.
While £200m is a lot of money, Tuchel may spend it all on just three players.
1. Declan Rice
Declan Rice is one player who Chelsea have been eyeing for some time now. the challenge with his signing has always been. Chelsea have it now.
The Englishman will likely cost up £100m.
It's a general notion that Chelsea needs to sign a new midfielder with Saul set to leave and Jorginho too
2. Kounde / Matthijs de Ligt
Chelsea's pursuit of Jules Kounde could cost the Blues up to £70m. The Blues could go for Juventus' Matthijs de Ligt and still spend up to £50m.
What we know is that replacing Antonio Rudiger will not be cheap.
3. Neymar
Chelsea also needs to reinforce their attack ahead of next season. The Blues have been linked with Ousmane Dembele and then Neymar.
Tuchel has worked with both players in Germany and France respectively. If the Blues get Dembele, it'd be for free. However, Neymar will cost up to £50m.
The Blues could spend nearly that amount if they go for Chris Nkunku instead.
