Ex-Chelsea youth captain Jake Clarke-Salter joins Queens Park Rangers after being released by Blues

Jake Clarke-Salter was released by Chelsea at the end of the season, having been with the club since the age of 16.

The 24-year-old joins Queens Park Rangers on a four-year deal as the first signing for new manager Michael Beale.

Clarke-Salter made his professional debut with Chelsea in the 2015-16 but did not manage to break into the first team for the Blues.

He captained the youth team to trophies and has represented England at the U21 level too. We wish him all the best for his future.
