Juventus are among the clubs monitoring N'Golo Kante's situation at Chelsea, according to CBS reporter Ben Jacobs.

The Serie A side enquired about the Frenchman's availability in the summer during the talks over Matthijs de Ligt.

However, Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri preferred Jorginho over his midfield partner. The Italy international, in turn, was not keen on the idea.

Juve's interest in Kante is only superficial at this point, but it's one to watch as the 31-year-old's contract with Chelsea expires next summer.
