Pele passes away aged 82

Footballing icon Pele has died aged 82, his manager has confirmed. He passed away in the past hour.

One of the greatest players of all time, Pele led Brazil to the World Cup thrice along with numerous other trophies at the club level.

His impact on world football can never be overstated as he became one of the most widely known athletes in the 20th century.
