I have wondered for a few years how the likes of City and PSG have not broken FFP rules. It seems like FIFA and UEFA selectively enforce these things. Somehow, it’s always Chelsea who seem to be on their radar, and no one else.

Benfica doesn't want to sell him this January to begin with but they only doing that because of the money they receiving which they know they won't receive such amount in summer which I think they don't care and at this moment they need the player more than ever. So from your post benfica has the power and right to demand their payment method at this moment Chelsea can only beg benfica for the installment plan so relax and rather beg benfica rather than you ranting.

If Benfica don’t want to accept the installmental payments then I think they should keep their player, cos it makes no sense to us, it makes us handicapped in the transfer window, we need more signings. It’s not reasonable to break the FFP rules because of one player.
