Potter provides injury updates ahead of Liverpool clash

Graham Potter spoke about Chelsea's clash with Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday and provided injury updates on key players.

"Ruben was on the bench in the last match to be on the bench, essentially," explained Potter. "He’s a lot closer now so he can play more minutes.

"The boys are progressing well, Reece has joined team training but won’t be involved at the weekend, the same as Ben. Everybody else is pretty much where we were."

The likes of Christian Pulisic, Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana, Edouard Mendy and Armando Broja are all still out. Kante was seen in training but would still take a while to get match fit.

Zakaria is another player that remains a doubt, having come off during the game against Fulham.
