All parties expect Rice to leave West Ham in the summer: Romano

According to Fabrizio Romano Chelsea target Declan Rice may be up for grabs in the coming summer as he will leave West Ham.

"All parties expect Declan Rice to leave in the summer after refusing to sign new deal 14 months ago," reports Romano.

His manager David Moyes has claimed that Rice will break the country's transfer record when he does leave.

"Undoubtedly Declan is going to be a top player. He'll be a British transfer record if he ever leaves West Ham," Hammers manager David Moyes told Goal.

"There's a lot of talk about it and when you see what's going about for the prices, I think Dec will be blowing that out of the water, that's for sure, when it comes around."
