Bayern Munich announce Thomas Tuchel as new manager

Bayern Munich have sacked Julian Nagelsmann from the position of head coach and have announced Thomas Tuchel as his successor. His contract is reported to be running till summer 2025.

The club statement read: "FC Bayern and head coach Julian Nagelsmann have parted company.

"This decision was taken by CEO Oliver Kahn and board member for sport Hasan Salihamidžić in consultation with club president Herbert Hainer. Nagelsmann will be succeeded by Thomas Tuchel."

Chelsea sacked Tuchel earlier this season after a year an a half and had a record of 60 wins, 24 draws, and 16 defeats in 100 games during his time at the club.

as I said tt had the superior players and team so was expected to beat potters teams something he struggled to do and let's be fair I'm not comparing the two I'm just telling you the facts something that seems to be lost on this app at the moment as for tt can't see him lasting to long at bayern to be honest bayern like to play attacking football and tuchel is very defensive with his style of play something bayern isn't used to and there fans aren't used too atleast we can finally sell auba now his friend has a job
