15 players who could leave Chelsea at the end of the season named

Multiple players are expected to leave Chelsea in the summer as the club tries to balance their book and trim their large squad.

Standard Sport have named 15 players who are the most likely to leave the club at the end of the season.

1. Conor Gallagher. The English midfielder is wanted by West Ham and Newcastle with Liverpool also monitoring his situation. Chelsea will not mind selling him although a loan deal could serve the Blues.

2. Mason Mount. The midfielder's refusal to sign a new contract makes him a sellable asset. Liverpool are said to be keenly interested in signing Mount.

3. Trevor Chalobah. Chelsea would be willing to offload the English defender after signing a number of high-quality central defenders. However, Chalaboh may only be loaned out as he's on a six-year deal.

4. Kalidou Koulibaly. After a string of under-par performances, Chelsea will be willing to sell the Senegalese defender at a cut price.

5. Hakim Ziyech. The Moroccan winger nearly left Chelsea in January for PSG. That move is likely to happen in the summer.

6. Christian Pulisic. Chelsea are willing to sell the American forward who has just a year left on his contract. Multiple top teams are reportedly interested.

7. Mateo Kovacic. The Croatian midfielder is a target for Manchester City. Chelsea may accept an offer to let Kovacic join their rivals if it's serious enough.

8. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Moving to Chelsea have not worked out for the Gabonese so far. The quick exit from Stamford Bridge looks like the most likely option.

9. Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Chelsea will sign off on the midfielder's exit if a club comes for him. With one year left on his contract this summer presents the best time to sell RLC.

10. Callum Hudson-Odoi. Chelsea will be open to offloading the English winger after he failed to impress on loan in Germany. Some Premier League clubs are said to be interested in signing the fleet-footed attacker.

11. Edouard Mendy. The Senegalese goalie wants to be paid as much as Kepa and Chelsea are not open to doing that. The Blues are also said to be open to selling Mendy following a string of poor performances.

12. Cesar Azpilicueta. After Chelsea signed Malo Gusto, this summer presents a good opportunity for the captain to leave as he could become the club's third-choice right-back.

13. Levi Colwill. The defender may ask the club to let him go with multiple top teams interested in taking him.

14. Romelu Lukaku. The big striker prefers to return back to Inter Milan on loan at the end of the season.

15. Denis Zakaria. The Switzerland midfielder will return to Italy at the end of his loan deal this summer.
