'He needs to come out of himself': Lampard rates Hall's display vs Man City

"I thought Lewis [Hall] played well and against Mahrez one-v-one he did well among some other individuals," Frank Lampard said after Chelsea's 1-0 defeat to Man City.

"I've seen he needs to come out of himself a little bit more. In terms of quality on the ball, he's got the levels and got to add to that.

"It would be good to see him get regular games at this level."

Hall was in the starting lineup against Man City and had to oppose Riyad Mahrez as a left-back. Despite some struggles, he largely did well, especially considering the fact that his preferred position is in central midfield.
