 and Brighton are locked in talks over Caicedo. The Blues have offered ₤70m while Brighton want ₤100m - or a permanent transfer for Levi Colwill.

With no other clubs apparently targeting a move for Caicedo and few other options in the market for Chelsea, it looks like a transfer saga that could last up until the final days of the summer.
