Agree with you bro. I closely watch his profil but I do think we luck a midfielder capable of dribbling and breaking lines like Kovakic was doing. 
See also his goals stats. No midfielder in Chelsea can score 10 goals per season since Lampard left. Ramires was hitting it sometimes. Or Oscar but not week in week out. Kudus got almost 24 goals + Assists. 
This is Lampard stats or Yaya Touré or even Gerrard. Those goals are wining games and titles.

Personally I do believe Kudus will be the jackpot in the mid field. 
Chelsea sign him ASAP. Enzo Kudus in front of Caceido will be a Joy to watch. Without forgetting backups like Andre Santos Chukwumeka and Caseide
