The insane Moises Caicedo transfer race appears to be in its final stages, with the midfielder reportedly telling Liverpool he would prefer to go to Chelsea over an Anfield move.
Now the Blues are planning to make a formal offer to Brighton and when they accept it, as they previously accepted the Reds' offer, they would make the signing official.
According to The Secret Scout, Chelsea want to present the Ecuadorian to the Blues fans during tomorrow game against Liverpool.
"Chelsea and Brighton tonight are working out the payment structure for Caicedo transfer... it’s happening," The Secret Scout tweeted.
"Caicedo has messaged close Chelsea players ‘I will see you soon’.
