James Maddison could be one of the signings of the season in the Premier League. In his first four games for Tottenham, the midfielder already scored two goals and provided two assists.

According to The Telegraph, the reason lies in Chelsea's strategy of signing only players aged 25 or below. Maddison will turn 27 in November.
