Chelsea want to buy Strasbourg's young talent and then loan him back
According to Jonathan Johnson’s column for Caughtoffside, Chelsea could buy Strasbourg's Habib Diarra and then loan him back.
“I think this is where the Chelsea link has come from, due to their Strasbourg connection, it’s a way to move the player within the club ownership model and to continue to allow him to develop."

Chelsea have been strongly linked with Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo. However, their reported bid of £18m was rejected.
Now, according to IG Esporte, Newcastle step up their interest in the teenager, while Chelsea's interest is cooling.
