Last week, a video of Noni Madueke partying at a night club during the international break emerged, with many fans condemning the youngster.
Mauricio Pochettino snubbed the forward for the Brighton win in the League Cup mid-week and has now opened up on his reaction to Noni's video.
Poch said: "This video, we were talking about that, it's a thing you need to avoid. All of the players need to know that when you are a player of Chelsea, you need to avoid these things.
"It wasn't a big issue, but we need to avoid these types of situation. Noni Madueke is recovering from the national team and we will see if he is fit. In my opinion, he is working hard to try and recover."
Curiously, after the Brighton game, the Chelsea coach said that Madueke wasn't injured and that snubbing him was entirely his 'choice'.
