Chelsea talented loanee Angelo Gabriel wins first award in France

Chelsea loanee at Strasbourg Angelo Gabriel has been voted the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Month for his brilliant performances.

The Brazilian winger has gradually established himself as a regular starter in Patrick Vieira's side after a slow start to life in France.

The 18-year-old winger has now started Strasbourg's last four games and has repaid the faith of his manager with an assist.

Angelo was brilliant for Chelsea in preseason where he recorded an assist in three appearances. However, Mauricio Pochettino decided to send him on loan to the French top tier to continue his development.

The teenager epitomizes explosiveness, speed, guile and technical ability on the right-wing. Hopefully, he cuts it at Chelsea soon.
