Djordje Petrovic nominated for Premier League Save of the Month (video)

Djordje Petrovic has been included on a six-man shortlist for the Premier League Save of the Month award for December.

The Chelsea goalkeeper has been acknowledged for his save in a 3-2 win against Luton.

Petrovic competes for the award after less than a month of regular performances for Chelsea.

The 24-year-old will be prepared to compete with Robert Sanchez for the No.1 role after the Spaniard recovers from his injury.

Fans can vote for their preferred candidate on the official Premier League website until 12:00 GMT on January 8.
