Chelsea become favourites to sign Victor Osimhen (reliability: 4 stars)

Chelsea have emerged as favourites to sign Victor Osimhen to bolster their attacking lineup this summer, according to Italian reporter Rudy Galetti.

Both the club and the player are interested in the move with the the striker poised to leave despite being under contract at Napoli until December 2026.

Negotiating an agreement is expected to be smooth for the Blues as the 25-year-old is said to be quite eager to seal a summer move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are willing to meet Osimhen's release clause, pending negotiations with Napoli. Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested in the striker.
