Gusto explains why Madueke, Jackson arguing with Palmer over penalty good for Chelsea

Chelsea's 6-0 victory against Everton was marred by the utterly bizarre incident which saw Noni Madueke and Nico Jackson try to take the penalty instead of Cole Palmer.

Malo Gusto insists that the incident is actually positive. He told London World: “No, it’s okay, sometimes this can happen. We are all competitive. Nico wants to score, Noni and Cole as well — it’s normal.

“It’s important to stay together. That’s what we did tonight with the 6-0, we are very happy and we just want to keep pushing for the rest of the season.”
