Mauricio Pochettino was asked if he believes this season was a success for Chelsea in his press conference today.
"You are punished because of the first 10 games. I want to be positive," said Pochettino.
"Next season, I am going to start and I don't want to say we are young or talk about injuries. I hope we can talk about the evolutions or in a tactical way."
He was asked about his future at the club and maintained that he plans to be here, but it is not up to him.
"We are planning, we are working. We cannot take some comment from my side to put in a negative way because I always try to be positive and being positive, trying to translate my feelings to you or the people, I never say and I am not thinking in the future.
"It's already planned. The plan is there to start pre-season, the date, how we are going to start. It's not in my hands to be here or not to be here."
