On Sunday, Chelsea will take on Bournemouth in the final game of the 2023/24 season.

The Blues need just a point to secure a sixth-place finish in the Premier League. If they win, however, they have a chance to leapfrog Tottenham who are three points ahead but have a worse goal difference.

Chelsea have players returning to the squad: Mauricio Pochettino can count on players like Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Levi Colwill and Christopher Nkunku.
