Enzo Maresca is the favourite to take over at Chelsea after becoming their top priority over the past 24 hours.
The Leicester City manager is going to cost Chelsea £10 million and the club have already asked the Foxes for permission to talk terms.
Maresca led Leicester to the Championship title and promotion during his first year but he's already had experience lifting a major English trophy - the Premier League title.
He was a coach for Man City's academy coach for a from 2020 to 2021 before leaving for Parma as head coach.
He was sacked at Parma in less than six months and returned to City as Pep Guardiola's assistant coach in June 2022 and was in the role for a year and won the title with them.
Maresca joined Leicester City in the summer of 2023 and built a reputation there for a possession-based style of football, the same as Pep did at City.
This style of play is reportedly one of the main reasons Chelsea owners want Maresca at the club.
