On Tuesday, ESPN quoted an unnamed source close to the Barcelona board as saying: "It is not news to us that clubs are asking about him, but Barca will not sell.
"Ansu is the future of the club and if he was sold, Bartomeu may even have to go into hiding!"
According to previous reports, Barcelona are planning to offer the youngster an improved deal as soon as he earns the first-team promotion. In this case, Ansu's release clause could rise up to €400m.
