Quique Setien plans an internal friendly game between the Barcelona players to prepare for the upcoming clash against Napoli, Mundo Deportivo have revealed earlier.
Tribuna.com have speculated on how TWO Barca starting line-ups could look.
Option 1: Tradition and experience
- Shortly speaking, it's Barcelona's gala XI only without the injured players, including Antoine Griezmann who completed only part of the group training this Saturday.
- The Catalans won't be able to line up like this against Napoli because Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal are both suspended while Martin Braithwaite isn't eligible for the Champions League.
Barca XI: Ter Stegen; Semedo, Pique, Lenglet, Alba; Busquets, Rakitic, Vidal; Messi, Suarez, Braithwaite
Option 2: Novelty and youth
- Barca are short of centre-backs with both Samuel Umtiti and Ronald Araujo out injured which is why Frenkie de Jong could return to the position he had sometimes occupied during his Ajax times.
- The midfield is fully formed by the Barcelona B stars with Riqui Puig at the top of the diamond, something he's already tried while playing for the first team.
- Finally, two exciting attackers Ansu Fati and Konrad de la Fuente form a unique duo up front.
Barca XI: Neto, Roberto, Mingueza, De Jong, Firpo; Reisser, Monchu, Jandro, Puig; Fati, De la Fuente
