• Position: the Brazilian is a natural left winger but can play on the right flank and as a centre-forward as well.

Note: Maia can technically play as a centre-forward but considering his 1,69m hight, it's difficult to imagine that any coach would choose to play him there.

Because of the coronavirus, Gustavo has been out of action for four months now. He has had to hire a personal trainer to stay in shape.

Diario Sport also add that the forward has already been taking Spanish classes for a month as he wants to arrive at Camp Nou 100% ready.
