Barcelona have unveiled the 23 players that have been called up by Ronald Koeman for the league opener against Real Sociedad.
Goalkeepers: Neto, Inaki Pena, Arnau Tenas.
Defenders: Sergino Dest, Gerard Pique, Ronald Araujo, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Emerson Royal, Eric Garcia, Alejandro Balde.
Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Riqui Puig, Pedri, Sergi Roberto, Frenkie de Jong, Nico Gonzalez, Gavi.
Forwards: Antoine Griezmann, Memphis Depay, Martin Braithwaite, Rey Manaj, Yusuf Demir.
The big absentees are Miralem Pjanic and Samuel Umtiti, who are out of the squad despite being fit. Both of them are on Barca's transfer list, as per reports.
Meanwhile, Lenglet makes a surprise comeback after going down with injury recently.
As for the injured players, Koeman still cannot count on the likes of Ansu Fati, Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Sergio Aguero, and Oscar Mingueza.

Both Memphis Depay and Eric Garcia have been registered by La Liga as new Barcelona players. The duo now appears on the league's official website.
It's worth noticing that Memphis registration was officially completed late on Saturday, August 14, while the news regarding Garcia broke several hours later.
Mundo Deportivo's reliable Fernando Polo reported that there was some documentation missing but his case was resolved overnight.
Both players are now available for Barca's league opener against Real Sociedad.
As for the other new signings, Emerson Royal had already been registered as he was formally a Blaugrana player but on loan at Real Betis. As for Sergio Aguero, the Catalans plan to delay his registration as he is currently out with a long-term injury.
