Xavi stopped Barca's pursuit of a physical midfielder
Before Xavi's arrival, Barcelona were on the market for a physical midfielder and were considering going for Sevilla's veteran Fernando, Mundo Deportivo claim. However, the new coach told the club he didn't need more midfielders.
Putellas to present Ballon d'Or at Camp Nou
On Saturday, Alexia Putellas will present her Ballon d'Or at the Johan Cruyff Stadium at 12 CET and at the Camp Nou at 4:15 CET. The club will organize a special ceremony for her. Alexia will be accompanied by Pedri who's won the Kopa Trophy.
