Barcelona confirm they see 'criminality' in contracts of De Jong & 3 more players

 have confirmed to COPE, RAC1 and other media outlets that they have found 'signs of criminality' in four agreements signed by Bartomeu and his board.

The Catalans have spoken to all four players, offering to void these deals and return to previous contracts. The only player who accepted the proposal is Gerard Pique.

Barca still want to annul these deals but now it depends on lawyers providing that these renewals were indeed criminal actions by the previous board.

He is on contract, and he’s not oblige to accept pay cut. Laporta is portraying desperation, and lack the ability to negotiate. Criminality should extended, Messi’s last contact was full of crimes, that one should be brought on table too.

You are engaging in hasty speculation. I keep asking what the criminality amounts to. 

What exactly is the criminality? 
Is it giving players contract when the club had no money? 

Because that is what it seems, and that doesn't count in law as criminality? 

It is a representation that the Bartomeu board made to the players which they relied on to alter their positions. 

The club cannot seek to resile and void that contract extension signed in 2020 without actual evidence of illegality that amounts to an offense under the law.

Now about the legality or illegalities of this concept no one of us here is sure, apparently we can consider that as allegations which can be either valid or invalid depending on how the statutes they're acting up on will stipulate it accordingly.

However as I said it will be a total disgrace if it's found when it's true.

My brother BarcaFOREVER, we don't know yet as fans but let law take it's course because at the end of the day we remain just club fans.

You never know where the criminality was involved in,  maybe or maybe not, it had wrong motives or it involved some embezzlement of funds to the Board in giving such lucrative deals.

So as fans more so on this unofficial platform our duty is to follow through, and we share ideas and opinion to what the author has presented, either by showing the satisfaction or vice versa of the matter.

For real the way Bartomeu made his deals was ruin the present and the future of our beloved club. 

And if we are to hire high quality investigative companies in the world, we might find out that  must have been a conspiracy between Tebas, Perez, Bartomeu and other enemies of progress.

But we just plead with our players that even the oil money in PSG and Man City can't come up with such lucrative deals for many players like Bartomeu did with our beloved club.

It's a total disgrace if it's true about this criminality.
