Personally, I love Busquets and I find all the criticism against me just insane, but the dude is already a legend and nothing solidifies your legend status than knowing when to step down. Busi shouldn’t even still be debating staying or not, especially considering the demands of the particular role he plays at club and international level, cause all he’s really doing at this point is holding the younger players back by taking their spot. It’s clear he no longer has the energy for high intensity games against top teams which are the games that truly matter so even if he doesn’t wanna retire, dude should just move to a smaller league like MLS or Qatar like Xavi and Iniesta did. All he should ask for is a befitting farewell from Spain and Barcelona cause he definitely deserves it
