Without Busquets, Robert Lewandowski is the man tipped to step into the role of Barca's fourth captain.
Thus, Barca's four captains for next season will be Sergi Roberto, Jordi Alba, Ter Stegen and Lewandowski
Roberto will likely replace Busquets as Barca's first team captain, as sources have claimed.
However, there could be more changes in Barca's captaincy if Alba and Roberto also decide to leave. Ronald Araujo may have to step into the role. And of course, everything changes if Barca can sign Lionel Messi.
