Xavi sends clear message to Barca board over transfer window

Amidst the noise surrounding Barcelona's interest in Lionel Messi, Xavi has been drumming up the need for a defensive midfielder.

Now, Xavi wants not one, but two midfielders to arrive during the transfer window.

Ruben Neves, Martin Zubimendi, Joshua Kimmich and Sofyan Amrabat are some of the midfielders who have recently been linked to Barca.

None of the aforementioned midfielders will cost anything less than €25m based on today's market value.
