How do you expect some Culers  to credit Xavi as the Brain behind Ferran's turnaround, when certain XaviBall Disciples on here rushed to abandon Ferran's ship in the name of "The Player has the sole responsibility to improve and his errors on the pitch are not Errors of the Coach"

If he's getting better under that same Logic, do you think Xavi will be welcomed to share in the credit for the improvements? 

I'm relaying to you the changing atmosphere of reactions on Ferran and the Coach in those trying times. 

Ferran is improving clearly- something we all want! 
Now is the Time to get behind him as much as we can!

As for credit-worthiness, unlike others here, it is only fair that the player and the coach share in the credit for the turnaround!

I am talking about fans claiming Pep builds players or turn them around when they are not performing and he improves them etc.  They claim Xavi doesn't improve players etc. And I am referencing Ferran's improvement and other players' improvement to the work Xavi has done on them. Meaning , Xavi also improves players. Ferran didn't get there on his own.       So what's your point. I don't get it.

Fans are praising Ferran and it's a good thing, but they are refusing to acknowledge Xavi in this. If this had happened to a Guardiola's player, we would be hearing Pep is a genius and what not. Why don't you give Xavi his flowers for the improvement in Ferran, De Jong, Kounde, dembele before he left, Ter stegen, Araujo(he had a big problem with his long passes and positioning)etc. They are all doing better now. Some fans will never acknowledge that but be doing some useless comparisons et al.
