Andres Iniesta and two more Barca players who have ever received standing ovation from Santiago Bernabeu

It's fine for rival fans to boo and whistle opponents but sometimes the opposition players' talent is too huge to ignore it. In El Clasico history, there have been three Barca players who were given a standing ovation at Santiago Bernabeu.

The Argentinean scored a spectacular goal at the Santiago Bernabéu in June 1983. Diego dribbled past the goalkeeper and stopped in front of the empty goal to watch Madrid defender Juan Jose slide and crash into the post. Then Maradona netted it home and even home fans couldn't hold their admiration.

The Brazilian received a standing ovation in November 2005. Ronaldinho dribbled through the Los Blancos' defence twice, helping Barca to the 3-0 win.

On 21 November 2015, Iniesta scored a goal in Barca's 0-4 win at the Bernabeu. As he was subbed off, the entire stadium applauded him. It's worth mentioning that Spanish fans loved Iniesta regardless of their club colours, for his winner at the 2010 World Cup final.
