Barcelona will pay Robert Lewandowski a gross salary of €32m next season, according to Diario AS.
As per Barca's agreement with the player, Lewandowski's salary with Barca will rise to the maximum value in his third season at the club.
Besides such an astronomical increase in wages, Barca are also due to pay €1.25 million to Bayern Munich as a bonus for the 35-year-old bagging 25 goals this season.
Barca and Bayern agreed that €1.25m must be transferred to Bayern's account for every season Lewandowski reaches 25 goals or more.
Last season, Lewa scored 33 goals in 46 games, which means the money was paid then. This season, the Polish striker scored his 25th goal of the campaign in his 48th appearance.
There are some members of Barca's board of directors who believe Lewandowski should be sold this summer as he turns 36 in August. But the big striker only wants to stay at Barca.
