Alisson is the first goalkeeper in history to reach unbelievable milestone

Now it's official: none of the legendary goalkeepers in the history of football managed to do what Alisson has done.

After the 26-year-old kept 5 clean sheets in the Copa America, he won the Golden Glove even before the final that will be between Brazil and Peru on Sunday.

Before that, the Reds shot-stopper won the same accolade in the Premier League (21 clean sheets in 38 games) and the Champions League (8 clean sheets in 13 games). He has become the first goalkeeper in the history of the game to win three Golden Gloves in one season.

In 2018/19, Alisson has become the No. 1 choice at Liverpool which was well expected given the Reds' defensive voes. With Brazil, the competition was a bit tougher for the Reds goalie as he battled against Man City's Ederson Moraes for the place in the starting XI. He has managed to win it, too.

Given Alisson is only 26, you could expect a lot more to come for him in the future. And yes, again, what a bargain he has proved to be!
