Goal: Bournemouth and West Ham keen to land Clyne permanently

According to Goal, Liverpool right-back Nathaniel Clyne, who joined Bournemouth on loan in January, has settled well at the Cherries and is enjoying a strong relationship with manager Eddie Howe.

Bournemouth would like to keep the Englishman permanently but they could face competition from West Ham United.

The Hammers are currently four points and two places above Bournemouth in the Premier League table. They are looking for a replacement for their veteran full-back Pablo Zabaleta. Clyne looks the ideal candidate for them.

Whoever comes with a bid for Clyne, will not take him on the cheap. Liverpool have shown they know how to earn money from transfers, having sold the likes of Dominic Solanke and Danny Ings.

Goal reports, the Reds will use the transfer fee of Ricardo Pereira who joined Leicester from Porto for £17.5m ($22.9m), as a benchmark. Clyne joined Liverpool from Southampton in 2015 for £12.5m and registered more than 100 outings for the Merseysiders.

Besides Clyne, Alberto Moreno and Daniel Sturridge will also leave due to contracts expiry. Simon Mignolet might also leave Anfield looking for game time elsewhere. Loanees Sheyi Ojo, Marko Grujic, Taiwo Awoniyi, Harry Wilson and Ryan Kent may all be offloaded since enquiries for all have already been received.

Another leaving player may be Rafa Camacho who has been linked with Wolves, RB Leipzig, Benfica and Sporting CP.
