Juan Mata believes Sunday's derby will come as an opportunity to turn things around for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
"On Sunday [against Liverpool] we have a great chance to change the dynamic and we are all very motivated to take the win.
"We are United, we are playing at home and we will give everything to be able to take the victory that our fans deserve in such a special game."
Liverpool have enjoyed a perfect start to the Premier League campaign. The Reds have won each of their 8 fixtures so far and are on top of the standings 8 points clear from Manchester City.
United, in the meantime, could've hardly fallen any lower. With just 2 wins in 8 games at this point, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men are 12th in the table 15 points behind the Merseysiders.
