James Milner has delivered a brief but nonetheless perfect review of how Liverpool youngsters played in the 10-goal showdown against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
The 33-year-old tweeted: "How to learn a lot about young players:
• Concede 5
• Have a penalty shootout at the Kop end
Some great performances last night - and some mistakes - but unbelievable attitude and heart from this team."
The King of Social Media once again nailed it and Liverpool fans quickly responded with some hear-warming messages to Milner.
However, some of them jokingly remembered Millie's mistake. The midfielder who played the left-back that night actually set up a goal for Ainsley Maitland-Niles with a sloppy backpass to Caoimhin Kelleher. Fans reckon Milner did it deliberately just to test the Reds youth.
