Disgraceful! Bernardo Silva refuses to applaud Liverpool players during guard of honour

Pep Guardiola's team did the right thing last night by honouring the age-old tradition of giving the new champions a guard of honour.

However, there was one person who wasn't very keen on the idea and who did not clap for the Reds at all - Bernardo Silva stood with his arms apart and looked as bored as Alisson Becker was in the game against Crystal Palace.

As you can see in the image above, Phil Foden is clapping for the Reds but Silva is not interested and wants no part in this tradition - he's even holding a glass of water in his hand!

That wasn't the only issue with the whole thing - this particular guard of honour seemed the most forced one in the history of football as the Man City players started to disassemble before Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane finished their walk.

As you can see towards the end of the video, City players seem disinterested and could care less about this tradition.

It is a disgraceful act by Silva as we are sure Jurgen Klopp and his men would not have done the same had the roles been reversed.

Well, despite yesterday's loss, the facts don't change - we are still the Premier League champions, and this small bump in the road won't change the fact that we'll be back and firing next game!

Any comments for Silva, Reds? Leave them down below!
