Yesterday, we asked you to name 3 things that you expect to see from the Reds next season.
There were some varied answers, but on the whole, the mood was positive within our community following the end of last season which saw us go on a 5-game winning streak to finish 3rd.
Here are the best comments from yesterday's post:
Joseph Okeke: "Liverpool need to win the Premier League and champions league again. That’s all I want"
Alan Edward Robson: "I would like to see Mane and Mo play for each other as well as themselves both great players!
"I think the team would greatly benefit from this, Jurgen is focused on the Premier and Champions League, not sure if he is really interested in domestic cups."
SK: "Liverpool needs new signings. With Virgil, Gomez and now konate coming in our defence is much stronger.
"We can now play the typical Liverpool high line attack, for which we need to sign good midfielders and forwards. This season seems to be very bright to me. 🤞#ynwa"
LFCfan: "be nice to win the FA CUP.! An injury-free season would be nice. And another PL title win too."
LFC10: "Tbh, if I really comment on what Liverpool will achieve, then- UCL semis, FA cup 5th round, Carabao cup 5th round and maybe a close title race between us and City"
Michael Liew: "The 20th EPL TITLE will be the Best achievement, any others will be a good bonus, if we win the EPL title we are the real king of England."
REDS ETERNAL: "🙏⚽My 3 wishes:
1) We win both the PL and CL 2) Klopp's contract is extended from 2024 for at least another 3 years. 3) Clear succession plan for those senior players in or around the 30s years old."
Miqdad H: "Realistically, a close title race and semis of the Champions League needs to happen. Not sure how much importance Klopp places on the FA Cup, but we haven't won it since 2006 so to add that to our collection would be very welcome!"
I can't promise that we will win the Premier League and Champions League, but for sure the Reds will be better next season with a fitter squad!
