On Monday night, Xherdan Shaqiri took part in arguably the biggest upset at Euro 2020 so far as his Switzerland side knocked France out of the competition.
Admittedly, the Liverpool winger left the pitch in the 71st minute shortly before Paul Pogba gave Les Bleus a 3-1 lead.
Despite that, the Swiss side levelled the score before beating the reigning World Cup champions in the penalty shootout. The decisive penalty was missed by none other than Kylian Mbappe whose names has long been in the reports linking him with Liverpool.
