LFC Women win first game of season, beat Watford in 5-goal thriller

Liverpool FC Women picked up their first win of the FA Women's Championship season with a win over Watford.

Having been relegated last season, the Reds are aiming to get back into the top division at the first time of asking and they're on their way to making that happen.

Having lost their first game, getting this win was very important and a brace from new signing Rianna Dean helped the ladies to a great start against the Hornets.

Despite two late goals from Watford to worry Matt Beard's side, they held on to secure the win and jump into the middle of the table.
